Angel & Wendy,
You so beat me to it.....Words cannot even begin to describe
to you how incredible that cake was in person. I was completely
BLOWN AWAY as was my daughter, and you guys should be incredibly
proud. A truly amazing piece of art, but I am sorry to say I
did not get a chance to taste it, although the people that did
said it was delicious!!!! You will be getting a formal note
from me as soon as my feet touch the ground, but I did want
to shoot you a quick email to THANK YOU BOTH from the bottom
of my heart for making Maddison's special day even more special.
That cake was the talk of the evening, and will be for many
years to come....
Thank you again you two are absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!

Well, Angel, you did it. The cake was fabulous, inside and
out. The snowflakes came out great, even the ones on the top
of the cake. And to top it off, the carrot cake was moist and
delicious.
Thank you, thank you, thank you,

Wendy / Angel,
Please forgive for not sending you this e-mail sooner.
I cannot begin to
tell you how much I really appreciated what you done for us.
I can't stop
thanking you for putting those two Executive Retirement cakes
way over the top.
The Company is still talking about them. I have two more Retirements
coming up in September, so hopefully you will be hearing from
me soon.
True Story..
We had so much cake left over from the June 26th Retirement
Party, we
thought we would serve it at lunch the next day. We very gently
wrapped the
cake after the event and put it in one of the walk-in's. The
next day I was
scheduled to come in a little late but I didn't for some reason.
When I
got in, there was a message from Mr. Sievert asking me to
have the remaining
cake ready for his Chauffeur to pick at NOON that day. I got
in touch with
the Bakery Chef only minutes before he was to cut-up the cake
for lunch
service. Turns out Mr. Sievert's wife had some of the cake
and was amazed
at how wonderful it tasted. She and her children were giving
him a Retirement
Dinner and she wanted the rest of his cake for dessert at
the Restaurant.
Robert Dooley, the Chaffeur, told me when he dropped the cake
off by the
Restaurant and were wondering why this cake was so special.
Once they saw
the top with the building design, he said all they said was
"holy smoke".
Thanks Again,
Wanda J Commodore

Dear Wendy and Angel,
When I told you my son loves soccer and to make something special
for me, I knew you'd made something nice. But, when I saw the
cake I must tell you I was speechless! Everyone including my
son thought it looked fabulous and tasted better than it looked.
Thanks, you guys are great!

Dear Angel & Wendy,
Words can not express how fabulous tasting our wedding
cake turned out! The desserts you both made were AMAZING!
They also came out wonderful. You solved the concern Carlos
and I had about how to use the LLadro Bride / Groom statuettes
and the Tiffany Egg. Thank you for your creativity and suggestion
to have three cakes. Placing them on the cake was visually
spectacular and of course the cakes all tasted fantastic!
My Rockette sisters and friends from Radio City were so
impressed....you will be getting calls! Your help and input
during the planning phase was easy and helpful. When the wedding
was going on your attention to detail was terrific. I knew
the cake cutting part of the party and the Viennese table
presentation would be great. I had no worries and did not
have any doubts or concern with the two of you.
Carlos and I had a wonderful wedding and we are glad you
both were a part of it.
Thank you,
